project overview
An original creative and production project, from concept to final cut: creative direction, image generation, animation and voiceover, built entirely through a proprietary artificial intelligence pipeline. Conceived as a manifesto film for a competitive pitch, the challenge was to position Sicao not as a supplier, but as a partner to those who make sweet Brazil happen — from the home baker working out of their own kitchen to the small entrepreneur who turned a hobby into a business. The brand appears as a constant presence throughout that journey, honoring every link in Brazil’s production chain and its commitment to sustainability. The art direction pursued a genuinely Brazilian aesthetic — real kitchens, warm natural light, textures and settings recognizable to those who live this world, far from any European or “magazine kitchen” reference. Visually, the goal was to think outside the box: an authored shot breakdown exploring different framings and camera movements to build a dynamic, cinematic rhythm. The result is two films: an institutional piece built around the refrain “Entrega tudo!” (“Deliver it all!”); and a launch film created for live screening at a convention, closing on the brand’s signature line.
